Gold jewelry only: If the jewelry you are returning is 10 KT. or 14 KT gold you must send $8.00 prepaid with the guarantee card to cover postage and handling. We cannot be responsible for missing stones unless there is a manufacturing defect. If the jewelry has been abused beyond normal wearing conditions, it will not be covered by this guarantee.

All other jewelry: You may return your jewelry for any reason (even if stones are missing) prepaid with this guarantee and $5.00 to cover postage and handling. We will either repair or replace it with a new piece of the same style and/or size or similar style with all shipping charges prepaid for you, and will include a new lifetime quarantee.
